I’ve been fortunate to work with specialty coffee since 2017 as a barista, manager, and roaster, completing a Coffee Diploma through the Specialty Coffee Association and becoming a roasting and brewing trainer in 2021. I’m passionate about making specialty coffee more accessible and sustainable for everyone. I believe this requires reforming the current financial model that coffee lives by and reimagining our collective notion of cost and value as a consumer society.
